weigh-in today: 135.8 (last week was 136.6). pleasantly surprised considering.
ran for 20 mins without stopping. felt like mother fucking BOSS for it. lol. beat my personal best that was 17.5 w/o stopping.
so today’s workouts was running/walking for 25 mins & 60 mins of pilates.
