HIIT + ButtsNGuts today.  it kicked my ass. my muscle tone must be nonexistent. this weekend, i’m going to figure out a way to get back on track.  i weigh myself sporadically when i’m at the gym.  my body has def changed for the worst.  weigh in: 128.4.  still at goal, but being a toned 125-128 is so much better than a sloppy 125-128. the number really doesn’t matter.

food: awful workouts: ehhh. last week:  HIIT, pilates, yoga, 2 bike rides. weigh-in: 126.8.   i am DEFINITELY weaker.  pilates killed me today.  i need to figure out how to get my weights in.  my middle is squishier, and my love handles are back with a vengeance.  my goals are: eat clean, move more.  always.

had the worst diet in LIFE last week. eating out—chinese food, fast food, so much alcohol.  olj.   weigh-in: 127.8 BACK ON MY GRIND THIS WEEK.

made it to yoga today :) holding it down at 126.  which means chinese food :) :) i’ve been eating every kit kat in the house so being up only a pound is AMAZING.  muscle is the best. burning all the calories, eating all the food.
