25 mins of cardio today. eliptical + treadmill. my cousin’s apartment’s machines are FANCY. touch screen and all.

HIIT + ButtsNGuts today. it kicked my ass. my muscle tone must be nonexistent.
this weekend, i’m going to figure out a way to get back on track. i weigh myself sporadically when i’m at the gym. my body has def changed for the worst. weigh in: 128.4. still at goal, but being a toned 125-128 is so much better than a sloppy 125-128. the number really doesn’t matter.

i’ve been eating every kit kat in the house so being up only a pound is AMAZING. muscle is the best. burning all the calories, eating all the food.
